Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs and any original duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Item

  Place the product in its original dust bag and protective box to ensure it remains in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred trackable carrier to send the parcel to our logistics center.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once received, our artisans will inspect the item; approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
